Master of Ceremonies (MC)
Why use an MC? An MC fulfils the pivotal role of ensuring that your event runs as flawlessly and seamlessly as possible by ensuring that everyone involved knows exactly what they have to do and exactly when they have to do it.

As your master of ceremonies, Robyn commits to the following roles and responsibilities
  • Obtaining a thorough briefing on your event including the theme, purpose, objectives, profile and needs of the audience
  • Offering a wealth of experience as to what does and doesn't work, creative input and operational expertise
  • Ensuring in advance that all speakers' presentations are complementary and do not contradict each other
  • Maintaining a consistent theme and central message through all presentations due to prior consultation with all speakers
  • Introducing all sessions with flair, style and wit
  • Wrapping up all sessions with key lessons learned
  • Adding ice breakers and energy breaks
  • Liaising constantly with audio visual technician
  • Checking on venue/catering performance
  • Working with presenters to ensure they are on time and on track
  • Moderating Question and Answer sessions
  • Co-ordinating Sponsor presentations
  • Co-ordinating Awards presentations
  • Handling emergencies calmly and effectively
  • Anything that anyone else has forgotten to do!!

AND, if someone does not turn up, Robyn will step in with her own Creating Winning Habits presentation to empower the audience to discover, create and realise their potential

Speaker Coaching Sessions
Robyn can also enhance your event by running coaching sessions for speakers in advance of their presentation and providing Presentation Guidelines to ensure a level of competency and professionalism and effectiveness.
