Organisational Coach
All of Robyn's conference topics have been developed into workshops to ensure a greater depth of understanding of the topics covered as well as the opportunity to apply the learnings in a small group environment.
Ideal number for workshops is 16 although much larger groups can be accommodated.
One-off training sessions are beneficial. However, far more tangible results are achieved when individuals are held accountable to an ongoing program of establishing and maintaining winning habits. It is recommended that monthly training sessions are conducted so that participants have the opportunity to apply and practise the lessons learned and then to be held accountable.

How does the coaching process work?
In general, Robyn will conduct four phone sessions with you per month of approximately one hours duration. At each session, you and she will agree to your game plan between calls. Interim e-mail support is offered, if required.
